Music Program
|
We
understand that music is a ministry. Music ministers to
individual participants, and at the same time nurtures spiritual
growth within the congregation. We offer a wide variety of
musical experiences in our program and are always ready to add
new ones.

The Chancel
Choir provides music and anthems for the 11:00 Worship Service
and also prepares special music in the Advent, Lent, and Easter
seasons . Through participating in the choir, they
experience the joy of music as they worship with the
congregation . The Chancel Choir invites others with a passion
for a vocal music ministry to come experience this joy and grow
with them. |
 |
The Praise
Team performs at the 9:00 Worship Service and provides a more
contemporary musical expression. This choir includes both
vocal and instrumental talent and is open to anyone who enjoys
expressing their musical gift in a more casual setting. |

We offer
handbell groups for all ages (children, youth and adults) and musical abilities. The handbell
choirs are dedicated to learning the ancient and honorable art
of bell ringing. These groups provide music for worship
services, special events and holidays within our church program.
Also, some of our handbell choirs perform for groups outside our
church and at handbell festivals. |
 |
The Only
Occasional Methodist Philharmonic Association (OOMPA) is a small but
growing orchestra that traditionally provides music for special
events and holidays. This group is open to anyone who
wants to keep their musical talents sharp while at the same time
providing a ministry to our congregation. |
